Here's my custom ana diet. So easy to follow.

Day 1: Running day

Brekkie: Scrambled egg white (17 calories) and coffee with half and half, sweetened with stevia (50 calories)
Meal total: 67 calories

Lunch: Diluted 1/2 portion juice (57 calories)
Meal total: 57 calories

Dinner: Nothing with meat (if avoidable), vegtables only. No grains. (estimated 200 calories) two big glasses of water.
Meal total: 200 calories

- Calorie Takeaway! :) -400 for running.

DAY TOTAL: 200-300 depending if raisins are added to breakfast for enery or if snack is had.

Day 2: Non-running day

Brekkie: 1/2 apple (44 calories)
Meal total: 44 calories

Lunch: 1/2 apple (44 calories) 1/4 cup yogurt (50 calories) water (0 calories)
Meal total: 94 calories

Dinner: Tiny portions, no grains or meat if avoidable. (200 calorie estimate) *SKIP IF POSSIBLE*
Meal total: 200 calories

DAY TOTAL: 300-400 depending if snack (plantain chips, popcorn, raisins) are added
