Safe Foods:

  1. Popcorn (with or without butter)
  2. Plantain chips
  3. Water
  4. Stevia sweetener
  5. Coffee (plain and half and half)
  6. Vegetables such as celery
  7. Spinach and Lettuce
  8. Pickles
  9. Chicken breast
  10. Apples
  11. Bananas
  12. Hot tea (not sweetened or sweetened with Stevia)
  13. Prunes
  14. Broth

Gross Foods:

  1. Bread or grains (gluten)
  2. Sugar and sugars
  3. Coffee creamers (flavored)
  4. Roast meat
  5. Sauces
  6. Ketchup
  7. Cookies
  8. Cakes
  9. Bagels
  10. Waffles
  11. Pasta
  12. Cinnamon rolls
  13. Anything higher than 500 calories
  14. Fries (unless eaten as a meal)
  15. Sweet tea
  16. Sodas or other drinks
