Purge Ratings

Find your favorite purge food or potential binge purge food here BEFORE you purge!

 1. Cereal
With milk, this treat does not hurt being purged (AT ALL), though it lacks 'propel.' It may take several consecutive gags and vomits to get it up. Personally, I find a glass of soda intermingled with bites does wonders.
PAIN: none
TIME: noticeable
CHUNKS: none

 2. Ice cream
This one is good for giving your poor, abused throat a rest. If purged immediacy following consumption, it's even cool. Drizzle with whatever sauce you prefer.
PAIN: none
TIME: hardly any
CHUNKS: none

 3. Raw veggies and fruits
This includes: tomatoes, cucumber, carrot, grape, apple, spinach, cherry, raspberry, blackberry, and strawberry. Lettuce, too. I find these easy, though chunky unless you chew them well. Mingled with juice or water, perfect.
 PAIN: very little
TIME: not much (comes out in big groups)
CHUNKS: varies

 4. Waffles, pancakes, and muffins with butter and syrup and/or jam If chewed until they are mush, these purge with the same ease as cereal. Add more butter and syrup for a good, proper purge.

 5. Icing I purge this, but it's hard. Great to finish off a binge with this, though.

 6. Chips
My first experience with purging corn chips was following a massive Mexican meal. I had not eaten all of them with salsa or queso dip. They hurt coming up. Like, so much that I gave up. And I never give up during a purge. Don't do it. The proper way to binge on these (POTATO OR CORN) that I have tried is with lots of salsa, lots of cheese sauce, or melted cheese on top. Then, chew until it is nearly water. TIP: If you want to make yourself to where, even if you had previously no desire to purge in your stomach, melt a decent size amount of butter on top of your chips in the microwave. You will, after a few servings, become wretchedly nauseous.)
(WHEN DONE PROPERLY)
PAIN: little
TIME: little
CHUNKS: few

 7. Mashed potatoes or French fries
Chewed until nearly liquid (fries) or added with LOTS of butter (mashed potatoes), these suckers come up beautifully.

8. Meats
I find these easy to purge when paired with vegetables or when chewed and paired with ketchup, steak sauce, or gravy (though gravy must be thin).
PAIN: little
TIME: small/medium
CHUNKS: small
