Tippity Tips :)

MY tips and tricks that I use:

  • Water when hungry
  • When offered food, pretend the person is asking if you want to get fat.
  • Chew slowly.
  • Drink a lot of liquids in order to fake a full stomach to others (note: only works if fat levels are low)
  • Thinspo constantly
  • Look at other blogs
  • Have an Ana buddy
  • Log all you eat
  • Feel your stomach after meals - poking out like a freaking fatty, right? It's because you are one.
  • Search pinterest Health board- tons of thinspo there.
  • Metamucil, prunes, and raisins for extra removal
  • Pepto bismol if you binge
  • Chew on carrotts if hungry
  • Popcorn, no butter is a great snack
  • Offer others food
  • Rubberband punishments
  • Make Ana/Ednos bracelets
  • Remember, your stomach growling is Ana inside of you! :)
  • If you crave something, chew and spit it! (only if you're alone)
  • If your throat hurts and you're under your calorie limit for the day, swallow a teaspoon of honey. It will fix the pain up overnight.
