- Water when hungry
- When offered food, pretend the person is asking if you want to get fat.
- Chew slowly.
- Drink a lot of liquids in order to fake a full stomach to others (note: only works if fat levels are low)
- Thinspo constantly
- Look at other blogs
- Have an Ana buddy
- Log all you eat
- Feel your stomach after meals - poking out like a freaking fatty, right? It's because you are one.
- Search pinterest Health board- tons of thinspo there.
- Metamucil, prunes, and raisins for extra removal
- Pepto bismol if you binge
- Chew on carrotts if hungry
- Popcorn, no butter is a great snack
- Offer others food
- Rubberband punishments
- Make Ana/Ednos bracelets
- Remember, your stomach growling is Ana inside of you! :)
- If you crave something, chew and spit it! (only if you're alone)
- If your throat hurts and you're under your calorie limit for the day, swallow a teaspoon of honey. It will fix the pain up overnight.
